Admissions Overview

Admission to Bhaktivedanta Academy is a multi-step process with the aim of helping families find the best match between their child and the school. Every application is carefully considered and in no way will a child be denied admission on the basis of race, gender, color, religion, or national origin.

Thank you for your interest in Bhaktivedanta Academy. We are no longer accepting applications for the 2025-2026 school year.

We invite you to complete our Admissions Interest Form. This form helps us collect contact information from interested families, allowing us to keep you informed about future application openings and our annual open house event.

Application Process:

  1. Submit Application & Fee
    The first step is to click on the button below to go to our online admissions application. Submit your application along with the fee.

    Click here to apply at http://www.tads.com

  2. Schedule Classroom Observation and Shadow Day
    Once we receive your admissions application, we will get in touch to schedule a school visit and classroom observation. For families considering enrollment in 1st grade and above, we will also schedule a “shadow day” in which your child can spend a day in one of our classes.

  3. Submit Requested Forms
    If your child has already attended school somewhere else, we request their records to review. Records can be uploaded via the TADS admissions application, emailed to office@bhaktischool.org, or faxed to 866-944-8834.

  4. Reading & Math Assessment
    If your child is in 1st grade or above, we will schedule a time to conduct a short math and reading assessment.

  5. Interview with Head of School and Class Teacher
    The Head of School and classroom teacher will meet together with you to answer any questions and to ensure Bhaktivedanta Academy provides the type of educational experience you want for your child.

  6. Enrollment Status Notification
    Once it is determined that a child, family, and the school are a good match, acceptance will be offered based upon the following criteria:
    • Classroom space availability;
    • Whether the prospective student is a sibling of a currently enrolled student;
    • Balancing of ages and genders in each classroom;
    • Date of application.
  7. Submit Enrollment Agreement & Registration Fee
    Upon acceptance, your childʼs space in the class is reserved for 2 weeks. Before the end of the 2 week period you will need to complete the remainder of the online enrollment process, remit the registration fee and complete an online tuition agreement. Once the agreement is received or the 2-week reservation period ends without notification of your intent not to enroll, all fees become non-refundable.

We look forward to the opportunity to consider your child for enrollment at Bhaktivedanta Academy. Please review the other sections of the site for information on tuition and fees, and financial aid. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
