Apply Now for the 2026-27 School Year!

2026-2027 Applicatiions are Open!

New student applications are now being accepted for the 2026-27 school year at Bhaktivedanta Academy. We invite you to apply online at www.bhaktischool.org/admissions

Admission to Bhaktivedanta Academy is a multi-step process with the aim of helping families find the best match between their child and the school. Completion of all the steps in the admissions process is required for an application to be processed. Every application is carefully considered and in no way will a child be denied admission on the basis of race, gender, color, religion, or national origin.

Submission of an application does not guarantee enrollment. Due to expected re-enrollments in classes that are at capacity, applications for Lower and Upper Elementary (grades 1 - 6) and grade 10 in our Middle Years Programme for the 2025-2026 school year will automatically be placed into an “on hold" status until re-enrollments are completed. If your child is in one of these grade levels, you are welcome to submit an application for consideration once classroom space availability is known.

Applications for Pre-Kindergarten (3 and 4 years old), Kindergarten, and our Middle Years Programme (grades 7, 8, and 9) will be processed as soon as they are received and will be guided on completing the next steps of the application process.

Note to families on prior year waitlist: Previous applications cannot be carried forward to this year. We ask that you re-submit your application using the link above. An additional application fee is not required. Although a new application is submitted, it will be given priority.

School Govardhana Puja & Harvest Festival 2025

Dear Families,

Our Govardhana Puja Celebration and Spirit Day Harvest Festival is around the corner and will take place on Friday, October 24th! The PTO has organized a fun-filled day for all students, culminating in the circumambulation of Govardhana Hill, prepared by our Madhurya Bhavan students.

Event Details

  • A Call for Offerings! Families are invited to bring sweet or savory preparations to offer to Govardhana Hill. Please bring these to the office at morning drop-off or no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of the event.

  • Costumes & Parade: Students are encouraged to dress as their favorite Vrindavana personalities or animals, or wear their standard school uniform. A costume parade will begin at 8:15 a.m., and parents are invited to stay and watch. Please also send a school uniform in case your child would like to change out of their costume.

  • Lunch: A lunch of rice, dahl, potato pakoras, popcorn, and chickpea subji will be provided for all students, staff, and volunteers. You do not need to send lunch on this day, unless you feel your child needs an alternative. Please send a snack as usual.

  • Govardhana Hill Circumambulation: Everyone is invited to join us on the main deck at 1:00 p.m. to circumambulate Govardhana Hill together, followed by the distribution of prasadam.

  • Dismissal will be at 2:00 p.m.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the core PTO team—Saradiya, Raghu, Rowita, and Jahnava—for spearheading this celebration, and to all the volunteers and donors who are helping make this year’s event so special.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact the school office.

Yours in service,

Bhaktivedanta Academy

Dear Families,

Please join us for our annual Family School Night on Friday, October 10th, from 6:00–8:00 p.m.

Family School Night is always a sweet and joy-filled evening, where families can tour classrooms, join together in singing the Dāmodarāṣṭakam prayers, and release illuminated prayer lanterns into the night sky.

  • 6:00-7:00 pm – Classrooms open for tours, with students excited to show you their learning spaces.

  • 7:15 pm – Dāmodarāṣṭakam prayers, led by our Krishna Sharanam students, and candle offerings on the main deck by the large playground.

  • 7:45 pm – Prayer circle at the west field, where each class will release an illuminated lantern in prayer for the Lord’s blessings.

  • 8:00 pm – Event concludes with cookies and hot tea.

We look forward to sharing this meaningful evening with you and your family.
